Teriyaki Chicken

Cooking Time: 25 mins

Servings: 3-4

Ingredients needed:

400g chicken boneless leg

200g teriyaki sauce

10g olive oil

Paper towels

100g water


  1. Heat oil with pan

  2. Pan fry the chicken with skin facing down until golden (5mins each side)

  3. Absorb the remaining oil with paper towel

  4. Pour in the teriyaki sauce, add water and cook for 3 mins (switch to Low fire, prevent burning)

  5. Serve immediately and garnish with spring onions if preferred. 

  6. Enjoy!
