Teriyaki Chicken

Servings: 3-4
Ingredients needed:
400g chicken boneless leg
200g teriyaki sauce
10g olive oil
Paper towels
100g water
Instructions:

Heat oil with pan

Pan fry the chicken with skin facing down until golden (5mins each side)

Absorb the remaining oil with paper towel
-
Pour in the teriyaki sauce, add water and cook for 3 mins (switch to Low fire, prevent burning)

Serve immediately and garnish with spring onions if preferred.
