Cream Cheese Spaghetti

Servings: 3 portions
Ingredients needed:

225g pasta ( penne, fusilli or spaghetti )

155g cream cheese
-
35g grated parmesan cheese
-
1-2 minced garlic cloves
-
½ or ¼ chili flakes
-
120ml cooking water
-
15ml of olive oil
Instructions:

Use a large pot of boiling salted water and cook the pasta until al dente

Remember to take a cup of starchy pasta water

Use a skillet, add in the olive oil, garlic, and chili flakes and warm it up
-
Use a small flame to prevent burning the garlic
-
Add in the cream cheese and ½ cup of the starchy pasta water into the skillet

Stir it well and add in parmesan cheese.

Stir well and the sauce is done

Add the pasta into the sauce and make sure that the pasta is evenly coated with sauce
-
Add more cooking water if needed to create a smooth consistency
-
Serve immediately with a drizzle of olive oil and parmesan cheese and ground black pepper
